By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service outlined below.

Failure to adhere to these terms will result in the client being blacklisted.

Any terms can be modified if discussed with me, the artist, before the commission.

If there are any issues before, during, and after the commission, please let me know.

The commission will begin once I have received 50% of the payment. Once the refined sketch, lineart, or/and flat color placement is correct and confirmed, the rest of the payment/100% payment is required.

I will receive 100% of the payment before starting requests such as skeb or emotes.

The order will be canceled if payment has not been set within three days after I have accepted.

An initial sketch, refined sketch, and flat color illustration will be sent for review, allowing you the opportunity to request changes.

The client may ask for a work-in-progress update at any given time while I am working on the commission.

You have up to three opportunities to request major changes to the illustration if needed.

Please allow anywhere from one week to two months for your finished illustration, depending on its complexity.

My schedule operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed.

Print the artwork and claim the rights to the character(s), but not to the drawing itself.

Use the artwork for self-promotion (social media, web banner, advertisement) provided proper credit is given to the artist.

Display the artwork on personal streaming services and social media platforms.

Print it and eat it for breakfast.

Reproducing or using the copyrighted artwork for commercial purposes, meaning making money from it in any way, is prohibited unless discussed and agreed upon during the commission process.

Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.

Modifying the artwork without my consent, including editing or removing any parts for example, is prohibited.

Purchase of commerical rights to the artwork will be 100% of the original price.

Credit is still required for usage.

make any sort of merchandise (this includes stationery, props, packaging, and advertising).

change artwork to your liking and promote of your own brand.

I reserve the right to refuse and refund an order at any time. I will not tolerate rude behavior, and the request will be canceled if it occurs.

In the case that I must cancel the commission, the client will be given a full refund.

The client is allowed to request a refund if their commission has not yet been started. If the commission is in the initial sketch stage, the client will only be eligible for a partial refund. Furthermore, once payment is received and the commission is approved to proceed with completion, the client may not request a cancellation or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances.

If the deposit or full payment for the commission has not been sent within three days after the artist accepts the commission, I reserve the right to cancel the commission.

If the client initiates a chargeback against me despite these terms, their ownership rights to the commissioned work will be revoked, and I reserve the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. The client will be blacklisted as well.

Please allow me within 24 to 72 hours to respond.
